Quality Technicians & Managers – Not paid COMMISSION
There is a common misconception among automobile owners that dealers are more competent in vehicles than independent shops, but we are here to tell you that is far from the truth! Most of our technicians are in fact former dealer trained technicians and highly certified in all vehicle repair because they are all ASE-certified and approved and by working on all vehicles on a dialy basis, they get on the job training dealing with issues that are unique to some vehicles and largely common among all. Our managers are equally as skilled. All are ASE-certified Managers and most ASE-certified Master Technicians as well, but each has been in the field for many years and are also hand picked for customer service quality and knowledge. We also always hire our employees based on whether or not they would fit into our little family of stores, so if we feel comfortable welcoming them with open arms, we know our customers are in good care as well. Oh and we NEVER pay our Managers commission-based salaries.
