The technician, Keith, was very well versed on my BMW and its issues which is rare in a non-BMW service location. He was also very truthful about what the car needed and did not try to up-sell services that were not required. I also want to compliment Edward at the service desk who was very helpful and had great customer service skills! My car was ready on time, the price came in under the estimate and runs like new again. If more independent service stations hired and trained employees like yours – the major dealership service stations would be going out of business. As long as I live near Herndon Elden Street will see all my cars!

I was in to get my emissions and safety inspection done on my lunch break. I was in and out. Sung was very helpful and knowledgeable about question I had for him about getting some work done to my vehicle. He didn’t make me feel as if he was just trying to get me to spend money but it was the way he let me know the best and affordable way to get it done.
